Scrooge walks the whistling flea Itzy Bitzy who promptly hops onto a passing street dog. The hunt for the dog ends at a dog fair. Dozens of the shaggy dogs resemble Itzy Bitzy’s mount like peas in the pod. Some kicks and flea bites later a happy ending ensues.
