Launchpad is having a picnic with Huey, Dewey and Louie. Gyro Gearloose sends him on a mission by walkie-talkie. Soon after Gyro shrinks the test pilot to miniature size so that he can test the new prototype. The new flying object resembles a fly in form and size. Launchpad takes advantage of this to irk Donald’s nephews at the picnic.
