Rattly J. Clangor, an enemy of classical music, exchanges Scrooge’s whistling flea Itzy Bitzy for the snappish flea lady Maxilla. The concert results in a fiasco. Subsequently Rattly flees to the Anasazi ruins of ancient Navahos with the two fleas. Scrooge searches for the lost wonder flea with Launchpad and his grandnephews Huey, Dewey and Louie. Rattly is tracked down and Itzy Bitzy whistles a duet with his new girlfriend.
