Donald is in a very bad mood. His beefs become unbearable. When he runs away from a snappish dog, a gas cylinder topples down, giving the sourpuss an overdose of laughing gas. Donald’s silly laughing now causes further trouble. A harmless passer-by unvoluntarily falls into a deep puddle and the goods of a fruiterer roll downhill spectacularly. After a huge pie fight the giggling joker ends in bed with a strait jacket.

Two mosquitoes are buzzing around inside the Ducks’ house.

Bill’s story reminds of Laurel & Hardy’s silent movies “The Battle Of The Century” and “Leave ’Em Laughing” which also include pie fights and laughing gas fits.
