A giant prehistoric bird has been sighted in the Duckburg woods. A $1000 reward has been offered for its capture. Donald has the idea to disguise himself as a giant bird to stalk the rare bird. However, the woods are full of people carrying nets who want to collect the reward. When Donald is mistaken for the valuable discovery he tries to take off the bird dress, but the zipper jams. During his flight Donald runs into the prehistoric bird – which turns out to be a human joker whose zipper has jammed, too.
In addition to the false birds Bill drew two funny birds. Twenty flying insects are watching the bird hunt.
