The legendary treasure of Duckburg has been lost for more than 150 years. The only clue is a mysterious wink which is supposed to lead the way to the treasure. Donald’s nephews can talk their uncle into looking for traces of the wink in the winter landscape. And indeed, in the snow-covered rocks the Dumb-Dumb Heights invitingly winks at the treasure hunters. In the cave of the winking eye no treasure awaits them, but a box with a message of the lucky finder. Who had a nose for lost treasures? The nephews immediately think of Uncle Scrooge. They guess right! Scrooge had found the treasure 60 years ago. However, it was worthless even then, consisting only of invalid banknotes.

In Bill’s fifteenth winter story two mosquitoes prefer to stay in the warm house.
