Donald’s tantrums are getting unbearable for his family. Even neighbor Jones and a policeman have trouble with the uncontrollable duck. A doctor of tantrumology manages to calm Donald. Nothing can upset the now peaceful duck anymore. At last Donald sees a chance, after many unsuccessful applications, to become a member of the Sons of Sweet Reason. With endless patience he endures the mean attempts to discomfit him. When Donald learns that his application is turned down again, this time for being too placid, he suffers a bad relapse in form of an enormous tantrum.
