While on sentry in Scrooge’s money bin, Donald repeatedly falls asleep. His uncle angrily sends him to the wild-eyed alertness institute. However, Donald is so tired that he enters a sleep clinic instead. There he even wins a cup for slumbering. The situation gets critical when money-eating moths invade the money bin. Together with his nephew, Scrooge tries to stop the parasites. Inadvertently the richest duck in the world puts a tape with lullabies in the cassette recorder. The exhausted Ducks fall asleep, but they gain a victory over the moths who have fallen asleep, too.
Bill drew more than a thousand moths. The exact number is indeterminable. Two mosquitoes can be found on the first pages.
