Magica De Spell has acquired a box which only opens when one whistles Beethoven’s Sixth Symphony. Since Magica is rather unmusical, she decides to kidnap Itzy Bitzy, the whistling flea. But when a love spell gets out of control, the sorceress is forced to scram.
