In a show Donald wins 10,000 dollars, provided he will not have more than two tantrums within a week. To control this the vivacious candidate is equipped with a temper meter. Already on his way out of the studio Donald has his first tantrum, provoked by a disguised member of the show staff. Huey, Dewey and Louie have no end of trouble helping their uncle in the days to come. However, on the last day Donald has his third tantrum while he is on his way to the studio.
