Donald has a job as a litter disposer. As ordered, he puts the picked-up paper snippets in a huge bag. This oversized garbage sack is to be filled with helium to show the citizens of Duckburg how much garbage has been collected in the park within a year. In the meantime Donald finds an unused certificate good for one jet-pak lesson. Eagerly, the learning aviator goes airborne with his instructor. When the flight control jams Donald zips directly into the hovering garbage bag. It bursts in a spectacular manner and gushes the garbage of a whole year over Duckburg.

Five flying insects and six funny birds prefer to stay at ground level.
