An expert for phrenology tells Donald his true aim in life – art. So he arms himself with a bucket of paint and a brush and, to his nephews’ terror, paints a mustache to every person on every poster. But this is just the beginning – after the posters also hydrants, statues and even the tower of the city hall receive a beard. In the night the great artist is on his way to create his masterpiece. However, on top of the huge monument of Senator Blabbersap Donald falls on his head and loses the memory of his infamous actions.
