Scrooge’s halfbrother, Rumpus, enters the money bin, accompanied by a lawyer. On the basis of an old law he is entitled to half of Scrooge’s wealth. However, this law is only valid if Rumpus will show a proper spirit of industry and contribute to continue the prosperity . Scrooge knows how lazy Rumpus is. So he tries to wear down the cumbersome relative with unaccomplishable jobs. But Rumpus is as lucky as cousin Gladstone. He fulfils his tasks as a bill collector and a demonstrator of the new McDuck hang-glider as successfully as cleaning the walls of the money bin and climbing up to the weather station on Duncehat Mountain. However, when it comes to counting money the loafer gives up and abandons his share.
Seven flying insects decorate the drawings.
This is a sequel to the story “Secrets” (D98154).
