Donald finds a paper with a formula inside an old book he has bought at a second-hand bookstore. The formula soon attracts two sinister characters: Mr. Slicknob and his assistant Rupert. Donald and his nephews seek refuge in a box of oranges which is shipped to Rapa Nui. A showdown ensues in the shadow of the famous Easter Island statues. Mr. Slicknob intends to derive a spray from the formula which will inflict the whole world with baldness. However, the substance turns out to be a highly efficient hair grower.
