Uncle Scrooge: Pie In The Sky
start panel
Storycode: KU0190 · Pages: 14
Script: Bill Riling · Art: William Van Horn
U.S. publications: US 243

Scrooge had been a flying deuce in his days as a pastry chef in Europe. Now he wants to join the annual flitterwobble airplane show. But his then rival, Baron Von Strudel, sabotages Scrooge’s planes. In the last plane left, an old double-decker ready for the scrap heap, the old duck and his nephew Donald take up the chase. With the help of Huey, Dewey and Louie’s model planes they manage to put the baron out of action. And they even find a way to put his abilities into Scrooge’s service.

This flier story also features six flying insects and three birds, of course.

Bill also made a cover for this story (US 243).
